We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits.
It is with mixed emotions that I announce the closure of my surgery at Witney Dental Practice. Dr Stephanie Jansen and Dr Terella Pillay will continue operating without interruption. This decision has not been made lightly, but due to various circumstances, it has become necessary to make this change as of 10th of November 2024.
We understand that continuity of care is important to our patients. We are pleased to inform you that arrangements have been made to seamlessly transfer your dental records and care to Ridentes Dental practice, where you will continue to receive the high-quality dental services you are accustomed to.
If you are happy with this transfer we have arranged it so it will happen automatically on the 10th of November. However, if you do not want us to do this please let us know and we will leave your records and care with the Witney Dental Practice.
If you have any appointment already booked, please contact Ridentes Dental to reschedule your appointment with us or let Witney dental practice know that you whish to remain with them.
Dr Shaji Memon and Dr Andrew Hall will stop operating as my associates at Witney dental practice as from the 10th of November.
However, Dr Pascal Larousse, Dr Andrew Hall and Suzanne Budden will be happy to Welcome you at Ridentes Dental Practice.

If you are Denplan patient, I would like to reassure that there will be no disruption to your contract as I will be happy to provide both Denplan Essentials and Denplan Care at Ridentes dental practice.
If you wish to remain at Witney dental practice, your Denplan arrangements will need to be changed.
