Covid-19 Practice Policy

Update on the 1st February 2023

Dear Patients,

There are no restrictions with regards to medical treatment and you are actively encouraged to keep your appointments. Routine dental treatment is essential health service, so routine care including examination, hygiene and treatment appointments will continue as before.

Current Protocols for attending a dental appointment at Witney Dental Practice:

*Do not attend dental appointments if you are Covid-19 positive. Please call reception as soon as you test positive to reschedule.

*Please notify reception if you have any symptoms or have been in close contact with someone with Covid-19 and they will advise accordingly.

*Wearing a face covering is now personal preference only

*Please continue to sanitise your hands on arrival and exit.

At Witney Dental Practice we have all the necessary PPE and will continue to follow our high standards in cross infection control. We can reassure you that with all our robust protocols, the practice remains safe to all our patients and staff.

Safety remains priority for our practice whilst continuing to provide you dental care as normal and we will continue to take our responsibility seriously to help our community get through the winter period.
